Our online trainings are designed to keep you informed of program benefits, requirements, and best practices. Throughout the training there will be opportunities to test your program knowledge.

• Your Role: We have designated three roles for completing the training, please select the role that best fits your day-to-day responsibilities based on the below:
  • Operations: Employees who work with guests directly including Front Desk, Reservations, Restaurant, Housekeeping, etc.
  • Revenue/Distribution: Employees who are responsible for maintaining rate loading and availability
  • Primary/Secondary: Employees designated as the Primary or Secondary Contact as shown in TLS Central
• Save and Continue: You are now able to save your progress if you need to step away from the training prior to completion. Make sure to click on the ‘SAVE AND EXIT’ button in the training to save your progress. When returning, click ‘SIGN IN TO CONTINUE’ in the top right corner to bring you back to your last saved page.
• Multiple Properties: If you represent multiple properties, you can now take the training one time and have the training count for each property within the same program (CFHR, FHR, THC). Make sure to select each property when registering as a new user. If you need to add a property from a different program, you may add it after registering.
